Up Coming Meeting:

Miami Real Estate Club speaker for March was Bob Hunter:

I've been renovating properties for years and I thought I would cover the subject of doing drawings and pulling permits for your rehabs. Many of you may avoid houses that require various city or county governments to get involved in overseeing your rehabs. As much as I don't like it it's part of the business. Let's look at some of my recent projects and go over what I had to do to bring the properties in compliance with the local build codes. I have invited a General contractor to assist me with the meeting.

I look forward to seeing all of you this coming Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
